Lóa María Magnúsdóttir is the president of the Pharmaceutical Society of Iceland (Lyfjafræðingafélag Íslands, LFÍ). She studied Pharmacy at the University of Iceland and got her degree Cand. Pharm. (MSc. in Pharmacy) in 1995 and her licence as a pharmacist the same year.
