• Abstract:

  Background

  The rare disease patients are usually the disadvantaged minority in the society. In order to provide them with timely and effective treatment, the Taiwan MoHW legislated the regulation called “Rare Disease Control and Orphan Drug Act” in 2000. The Act is used to well manage the Orphan drugs used in Taiwan.
