Background
Dosage and close monitoring of immunosuppressant therapy, including calcineurin inhibitors, is fundamental in determining the success of organ transplants. Recent trends at our institution have indicated significantly higher plasma concentrations of tacrolimus in new renal transplant patients than the institution’s target of 5-10microg/L...
