  Background

  There is increased media and public pressures on Saudi hospitals to improve the quality and safety of their services in light of the high  prevalance of medical errors. Various efforts have been initiated to implement and improve patient safety measures in hospitals, but little is known on organisational safety culture in Saudi hospitals. ..
