  • Abstract:

    Fluvastatin is a HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and is metabolized to 5-hydroxy fluvastatin (M-2), 6-hydroxy fluvastatin (M-3) and N-desisopropyl fluvastasin (M-5) in human liver microsomes by CYP enzymes.
