Background
With a new Pharmacy Practice Act it became mandatory for every Community Pharmacy in Slovenia to publish Quality Indicators with no existing criteria on their selection or methodological accessories on the national level.In addition, they have to be understandable to the public, challenging the professional and scientific approach.
