Background
NES provides the educational programme for pharmacists funded to work in general practices (2016-2018). Training is provided over 3 days in 2 blocks over 6 months.
Methods
Data was collected via i) proformas before training to record professionally satisfying work activities ii) a post-training online questionnaire to assess satisfaction
