Background
The background for the project was the pharmacy's handling of recipe interventions. The customer's experience may depend on the employee they are served by, and his / her ability to solve the problem. At worst, the customer can experience that the pharmacy is incompetent and not able or wiling to resolve the customer's problem. And most.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
