Background
As part of two distance-based pathways to the ACPE-accredited PharmD degree for pharmacists, the University of Colorado offers a clinical capstone course to prepare students to provide patient-centered care. Implementation of a distance-based clinical capstone course for practicing pharmacists has not been described.
