Ensuring the judicious use of antimicrobial agents, through implementation of antimicrobial stewardship (AMS), is crucial for minimising antimicrobial resistance. A South African national survey revealed that 96.5% of final year pharmacy students want more education on AMS before entering into practice.Methods
