Introduction. Ketorolac tromethamine (KT), a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which can cause peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding and/or perforation . Methods. Non-pariel were initially coated with Eudragit® RS. KT solution; containing Eudragit RL/RS, talc, and propyl gallate, was then applied onto the non pariel pellets in coating pan. ..
