Background
January 1st 2016 it became mandatory for all Danish community pharmacies to offer New Medicines Service(NMS) to newly diagnosed chronically ill patients, within 6 months of diagnosis.
Purpose
The purpose of the study is to identify the most successful method to implement NMS.
