    Background

    Various parameters effect Supercritical anti-solvent (SAS) process, which was utilized to produce tadalafil solid dispersion submicron particles.

    Purpose

    The purpose of this study is determining patterns of SAS processing parameters (temperature, pressure, and drug concentration) that could improve dissolution rate.
