• Abstract:

  Co-infusion of incompatible IV drugs put the patient at risk. In a local survey 65% (n=142) of nurses were uncertain of drug compatibility. Point-of-care drug compatibility information fitted to local traditions is needed. International compatibility information need evaluation of applicability to local clinical conditions.
