Patients have needs after the dispensing of a new drug.
Adherence might improve with a pharmacists' follow-up.
Observational study (Nov-Dec 2014) in a community pharmacy identifying patients who initiated a new drug. Later the patient was contacted by telephone to conduct a follow-up.
