Fosfomycin has Na 14 mmoL (320 mg)/. Fosfomycin has broad antibacterial activity against both multidrug-resistant gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens.The daily dose ranges from 12 to 20 g for the treatment of life-threatening infections.
This is a retrospective study from Jan. 1 2011 to Dec 31, 2012 using Chi-Mei medical center claim data.
