• Abstract:

  Renal impaired patients required special consideration when taking certain drug ,for example: medication avoided in this group, reduced dose based on level of renal impairment . In a medical center these patients may have multiple comorbid conditions. The appropriate prescription can improve medication safety and lead to better outcome.
