OBJECTIVE: To study pharmacokinetic parameters of ibuprofen and paracetamol in rectal administration, particularly in obtaining of concentrate profiles in the blood serum, bile, liver, and spleen of the rabbits.
METHODS: Experiments were performed on not pedigree buck rabbits. The animals were hungry a day before the experiment and were divided.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
