Aim: To enhance the solubility and dissolution of coenzyme Q10.
Methods: Phase solubility behavior of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) at 25ËšC in various molar solutions of poloxamer 188 (P188) in water was observed and their binary solid dispersions (BSD) at different weight ratios were prepared by a simple, rapid, cost effective, uncomplicated and.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
