Aims: The aim of the present study was to investigate a method to overcome poor oral bioavailability of rutin using proniosomal preparation. Rutin (a flavonoid glycoside) which is found in many plants has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticarcinogenic, antithrombotic, cytoprotective and vasoprotective activities in vivo.
Method:.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
