Stroke represents the second most common cause of mortality in Taiwan. Hypertension(Ht), diabetes mellitus(DM) and hyperlipidaemia(HL) are modifiable risk factors(RF) for stroke. Aims: To determine the efficacy of pharmacist’s intervention to improve these RF in the neurological clinic in Chang Gung memorial Hospital, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Methods:
