My project is to show how to use Microsoft Access in the registrations of claims in the Pharmacy.
In Denmark we make a registration
• of products failure
• of bad service
• of a wrong product/label etc when making up a prescription both in the case, where the patients leaves the pharmacy (a real defect) and where we discover.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
