- Abstract:
Project goal: The purpose of the project is to examine how the pharmacy can counsel the customers who do not come to the pharmacy, but pick up their medicine in one of the pharmacy’s over-the-counter outlets.
Customers who show up physically at the pharmacy are automatically offered counseling on their medicine. Customers who do not come.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
