I introduced a Japanese community pharmacy original medication records which named “YAKUREKI' in FIP2005 / Cairo.
By practical use of YAKUREKI, patient information which be grasped by pharmacist increased, and, as a result, communication and concordance of the patient and a pharmacist are promoted, and the consulting that definite decision to the ..
