Lysozyme hydrochloride (LSZ) preparations produced from egg white are administered for expectoration and antiinflammation in our country, but LSZ is contraindicated to the allergic patients with egg white. Because it is difficult to decide allergic or not to egg white in infants, there might be any possibility LSZ is administered for the..
