Background
Accreditation of health care organisation is important for patient benefit.
Aims
Our hospital started accreditation process because some aims are improvement of quality,patient safety and cost-effective health service.
Methods
Agency for accreditation of health care organisations of Serbia have created 8 standards for hospital.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
