Introduction and purpose
Efficient communication between pharmacists and general practitioners (GPs) is important for optimal patient care and medical outcomes. Currently, all queries that need to be addressed to the GP regarding a patient's prescriptions or medications must be done by phone. This process is very time-consuming and sometimes not.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
