Introduction:
A well-defined core task provides clarity, focus, and increased job satisfaction among pharmacy staff. Evidence suggests that when employees share a clear purpose, their engagement and well-being improve. With this in mind, we initiated the “Shared Core Task” project to create and reinforce a unifying concept for our team.
