Solid dispersions prepared with various ratios of poloxamer407, citric acid and HPMC2910 were prepared by surface-attached method and evaluated for improvement of solubility, dissolution and bioavailability of sibutramine free base. The inlet and outlet temperature of spray drying were 110? and 65?, respectively with 5% pump rate and 90 %..
