Background
Establishdrug release determination method for Nestorone intravaginal ring
Methods
The stripping device of rotating basket method was applied for the release experiment in vitro,200ml pH4.0acetate buffer was used as release medium with 50 r/min and (37±0.5) ℃.Nestorone is determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
