Backgrounds
RNA interference therapy is highly target-specific and is mediated by small interfering RNA (siRNA).Aims
The aim of the study was to apply a quality-by-design approach for the systematic optimization of siRNA-loaded lipid-polymer hybrid nanoparticles (LPNs) composed of lipid-like materials (lipidoids) and poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
