  • Abstract:

Polymeric micelles represent an important class of pharmaceutical carriers for poorly soluble diagnostic and therapeutic agents. Among polymeric micelles, lipid-core micelles formed by amphiphilic polymer-lipid conjugates (such as polyethylene glycol/phosphatidylcholine conjugate or PEG-PE) are of a special interest because of low CMC values.
