Background:
Identification of patients at risk of developing metabolic syndrome (MS) is crucial to minimize associated morbidities and mortalities.
Aims:
To assess prevalence of MS and to evaluate the significance of a reinforced lifestyle intervention.
Method:
One hundred type-2 diabetics were recruited by convenience sampling from the diabetic .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
