Background
Sorafenib, an oral multiple tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is the first-line therapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). When standard dosage (800mg/day) provided, many patients required drug discontinuation or dose reduction due to adverse events (AEs).
