    Objective: To describe the processes of care used by pharmacist to improve outcomes associated with drug-related problems (DRPs).
    Study design: A prospective, randomized, controlled study.
    Setting: A primary care clinic in Ribeirão Preto (SP), Brazil.
    Patients: 31 outpatients (i.e., 60 years or older) were eligible if they met three or more criteria
