  Recent research has indicated that nearly half of meeting attendees complain that meetings are the top time-waster at the office, nearly half feel overwhelmed by the number of meetings they attend; and that dysfunctional meeting behaviour, such as daydreaming, sleeping, or doing other work during meetings, is on the rise.
