The delivery of healthcare is constitutionally established as a provincial responsibility in Canada. Most Canadian provinces and territories require that community based pharmacies are licensed with the provincial regulatory authority. Each pharmacy must meet specific criteria to qualify for a license, and in many instances adhere to operational ..
