Background: A [quotright]cocktail[quotrightB]approach concurrently detects the activity of multiple cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes and involves simultaneous administration of multiple CYP-specific probes followed by the evaluation of their pharmacokinetics in a single experiment.
