The Dader program designed a simple operational procedure to provide pharmacotherapy follow-up to patients suffering any condition (the Dader method).
Aim: to assess the efficacy of Dader method to provide pharmacotherapy follow-up to hypertensive patients by improving their health outcomes.
Method: Quasi-experimental study from Jan 2000 to Dec.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
