Cladogynos orientalis (Euphorbiaceae) is a native medicinal plant in tropical regions of Asia. It has traditionally been used for stomachache and abdominal pain treatments. This study aims to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of C. orientalis ethanolic extract (COE) both in vitro and in vivo. The anti-inflammatory mechanism was examined in E..
