The present work involves an accurate, sensitive and simple reverse-phase (RP) high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) assay for the simultaneous quantitative determination of Chloramphenicol (CHL), Dexamethasone sodium phosphate (DXP), Tetrahydrozoline (THZ) as well as D-threo-2-amino-1-(nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediole (DTA), the degradation..
