ABSTRACTBackground and Aims:Methionine enkephalin(Met-ENK) interacts with the Opioid growth factor receptor (OGFr) serves a tonically negative growth factor in cell proliferation of cancer cells as an endogenous opioid peptide. In this research,we will investigate the inhibition effect and the mechanism on SH-SY5Y cells of Met-ENK.Methods:MTT..
