  Background: As of January 1, 2012, Belgian community pharmacies are required by law to have a Quality Manual (QM). With this Quality Manual comes also the obligation to perform self evaluations of their Quality Management System. These evaluations are performed in order to check compliance with the different aspects of Good Pharmacy Practices
