Drug related problems (DRP) have been found to cause injury and discomfort to the patients and society. In Denmark a study was conducted to explore and document number of DRP in community pharmacies and how pharmacy staff intervened towards DRP. The study was designed similar to a German study performed by ABDA, where 17,6% errands had a The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
