As clinical pharmacy education and practice expand, there is increasing need for innovative residency programs that reflect the changing role of the pharmacist. We describe a new Postgraduate Year-2 (PGY2) residency program in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and ambulatory care. MTM services in the U.S. focus on patient-centered care to assess..
