    Plumbago zeylanica

    root is recommended to use traditionally and is constituted into several hepatoprotective formulations.

    AIM: The study was designed to investigate the hepatoprotective efficacy of

     roots against experimetally induced hepatic injuries in Wistar rats; and its possible mechanism(s).
