  • Abstract:

    The aim of this study was to prepare uniformly and homogeneously distributed dosage form of very low dose drugs using twin screw hot-melt extrusion (HME) and investigate the distribution of API using instrumental analysis. Very low amount of coumarin-6, a fluorescence dye was chosen for visual images using confocal laser scanning microscope
