As single unit dose (SDU) containers have a volume of 0.5mL of preservative free (PF) ophthalmic solution in many eye drop preparations, patients are tempted to re-use these although only a single use is the licensed indication. Multidose units provide 10mL of PF preparation generally and are usable for upto one week when refrigerated.
Aim The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
