For most medication, side effects are only described for the patient itself, while the effects on unborn children during pregnancy remain largely unknown. Animal studies often do not accurately represent the human condition due to dissimilarity in teratogen effects. Information about the effects on human pregnancy is therefore gained in daily.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
