The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between 7-hydroxy-methotrexate/methotrexate ratio and methotrexate terminal elimination rate in acute lymphoblastic leukemia children. 67 acute lymphoblastic leukemia children received methotrexate chemotherapy 260 times. The 3~5g•m-2 dose of methotrexate was intravenously infused within.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
